This is our standard program designed around overall workload capacity progressions. We utilize monostructural (run, row, bike, swim – metabolic conditioning), gymnastics (bodyweight, spacial awareness, body control) and weightlifting (strength, power, explosiveness) to create our daily workouts. All of these traits are combined to provide the broadest development over the broadest spectrum of functional movement. Our goal is to provide a vast base to allow you to try new sports and push yourself to be the best you. Whether your goals are to climb a 14er or conquer a triathlon or just have some fun with fitness, this is the program that will benefit you and progress you to reach your individual goals.
