Why did you start Crossfitting? How long have you been Crossfitting?
Honestly thought I would be really good at it. I’ve always been a pretty well rounded athlete. Crossfit has humbled me quite a bit! I started crossfit in 2012.
Why do you continue to CrossFit?
Crossfit continues to challenge me both as an athlete and a coach!
Why do you coach? How long have you been coaching?
Before I started to coach crossfit I was a personal trainer. I joined a CrossFit gym to learn more about what CrossFit was. While a member at a gym I seen a new effective way I could reach more people. I saw a member base that was much fitter and moved much better than the average member in a “globo gym” and I wanted to be apart of that! I’ve been training others full time since 2011 and coaching CrossFit since 2013.

What motivates you to workout?
I have the freedom to do what I want! I never have and never will have to question if I can do something I want to do!
