Why did you start crossfitting? How long have you been crossfitting?
I started CrossFit in 2009 after much resistance but soon learned that fitness would never be looked at the same for me. My love for CrossFit and everything it encompasses continues to grow with each client that walks through the doors of 719.
Why do you continue to CrossFit?

Why do you coach? How long have you been coaching?
Coaching is the same as being a leader…some are just gifted and fit into those roles well and I feel I’m one of those people. I love to share everything I know with whoever is willing to listen and I’m a pretty good teacher as I have been coaching since I was in my teens. CrossFit makes sense to me and what I’m able to share with individuals is life changing to say the least. Plus this stuff works!
What else do you like to do?
Skiing, hiking, camping and any other activity that gets the blood flowing!
What motivates you to workout?
To not suck at life and be around longer than the next guy cuz this life stuff is damn fun!
I have been skiing my whole life, both competitive and recreational. I enjoy hiking, camping and pretty much any and all outdoor activities.
