Classes We Offer
CrossFit – 1 hr class consisting of warm-up/technical/WOD
Barbell – Programed & instructed time to work on olympic lifting
Open Gym – Offered from open to close to work on barbell or crossfit – not instructed
Intro – A time to come try out crossfit before you start an intro course and meet the coaches
**If you intend to participate in a normal class you must have 3 months of prior CrossFit experience or you may take the Intro Class on Wednesday’s.
