Pursuit Monthly Programming – $20/month on TrainHeroic

  • CrossFit 719 WOD
  • Additional Gymnastics skills development
  • Strength Training

This Program is not individualized, it is general fitness intended for the CrossFit competitor looking for an edge. Athletes will be given access to Googledoc on Sunday nights for the Weeks programming, this will allow the athlete to determine their rest days.

Individual Program – $150/Month Includes:

  • WOD
  • Skills development
  • Personalized Strength training
  • 1 hour/week phone consultation for any training related questions or concerns
  • Video submissions encouraged for Coach analysis and remote coaching

Personal Training – $50/hr This service is available to athletes to target any weaknesses or specific skills. Personal training punch card: 10 – 1-hour sessions – $500 2 free sessions per punch card purchased (12 total)
